Walton and Richard Sprawls of Creel Tire were named the 2008 Business Person of the Year at the Greater Florence Chamber of Commerce's 2008 Spring Outlook Luncheon.

F. R. "Rick" Saunders was presented the most coveted award at the Chamber’s 90th Annual Dinner on September 6th, 2007.
